This is the plan for adding the new room off the reading room, plus adding a 13'x20' room in the open center area and adding three skylights down into the existing living room to bring in the light lost by moving the three windows. This has the same roof issues as the smaller center room, and will likely only have a few steps down to the grass as the back wall will be only about 12' away from the back fence.
